NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility:
The 1985 Yamaha TRI-Z 250 Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Florida, New York and Hawaii, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Michael Sabo, its advertising and promotion agencies and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Agreement to Rules:
By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements. You agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
3. Sweepstakes Period:
Entries will be accepted online beginning November 21, 2025, and ending December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. All online entries must be received by this deadline.
4. How to Enter:
a. Purchase Entry: During the Promotion Period, visit www.michaelsabo.com and purchase one or more “TRI-Z Giveaway Hat Ultra.” Receive ten (10) entries in the Promotion for each $1 spent (excluding tax and shipping)(1 hat = 650 entries)
b. Sign-up Entry: During the promotion period, visit the Websites and locate and complete the sign-up form (the “Sign Up Form”). You will receive one (1) entry in the Promotion for providing your email address in the form. LIMIT ONE (1) SIGN-UP ENTRY PER PERSON. By providing your email, you agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor. Unsubscribing from emails will not affect your chances of winning.
c. Bonus entries - Receive one thousand five hundred (1500) entries when you spend $130.01 or more (not including tax and shipping) (if you order 3 hats, you will earn 1500 bonus entries).
d. Bonus periods – BLACK FRIDAY WEEKEND Earn TRIPLE entries (30 entries for every $1 spent) from November 28, 2025 to November 30, 2025 at 11:59 pm.
CHRISTMAS Earn Double entries (20 entries for every $1 spent) from December 24, 2025 to December 25, 2025 at 11:59 pm.
NEW YEARS Earn Double entries (20 entries for every $1 spent) from December 29, 2025 to December 31, 2025 at 11:59 pm.
5. Prize:
One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:
• A 1985 Yamaha TRI-Z 250 (approximate value $5,000), awarded as-is with no
warranty; and
• A credit provided by Sponsor toward shipping or transportation of the TRI-Z.
The Shipping Credit is issued solely for the purpose of assisting the winner with transportation costs.
Any shipping or transportation expense in excess of $1,000 is the sole responsibility of the winner. If actual shipping costs are less than $1,000, no additional compensation or cash refund will be provided.
Winner may alternatively choose to pick up the TRI-Z in person at Sponsor’s location or arrange meeting.
Winner may alternatively choose to receive $5,000 cash in lieu of accepting the TRI-Z and Shipping Credit.
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All hat purchases are final; no returns or refunds.
6. Odds:
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification:
Winner will be selected by random drawing using verified entries. Winner will be notified by email within five (5) days. Winner must respond within 72 hours. Failure to respond, inability to contact, or failure to meet eligibility may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
8. Rights Granted by You:
By entering, you allow Sponsor to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation where permitted by law.
9. Terms:
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes due to fraud, technical issues, or other factors affecting integrity. Sponsor may disqualify individuals who tamper with entry processes or violate rules.
10. Limitation of Liability:
By entering, you release Sponsor from all liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation or prize use, including technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or human error.
11. Disputes:
This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. and Pennsylvania law. Disputes shall be resolved individually in a Pennsylvania court without class action. Entrants waive rights to punitive or consequential damages.
12. Privacy Policy:
Information submitted is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
13. Winner List:
To request the winner’s name or rules, mail a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Sponsor’s address by January 31, 2026.
