How to Enter:

a. Purchase Entry: During the Promotion Period, visit www.michaelsabo.com and purchase one or more “TRI-Z Giveaway Hat Ultra.” Receive ten (10) entries in the Promotion for each $1 spent (excluding tax and shipping)

b. Sign-up Entry: During the promotion period, visit the Websites and locate and complete the sign-up form (HERE). You will receive one (1) entry in the Promotion for providing your email address in the form. LIMIT ONE (1) SIGN-UP ENTRY PER PERSON.
